Pirelli M21 road legal

Hi guys I'm a bit stuck this tyre says for Us use only... it has Ex DOT does that make it ilegal for Uk roads or more importantly for Beacons Rally next week? FIM regs hint that as long as it doesn't say Not for highway.. It should be ok... Help!

Pirelli MT21 is road legal in UK.
DOT is the US Department Of Transport rating for the tyre. The 'US only' is stating the certification is for DOT of USA only, iykwim.
The tyre is 'E' marked and speed rated, so fine for UK rallies.
