Plastic Welding?

Does anybody know of a company or anyone that offers a plastic welding service in the Blackpool, Lancs, or Northwest area?

What is it? how does it work? Is it like a fibre glass kit but for plastics.

superglue and bicarbonate of soda - aka baking powder = plastic welding.

What is it you need welding, I have got a plastic welder if you know what type of plastic it is pvc , abs ,pp etc, I might be able to help but not for a couple of weeks as i am stuck at work in the north east and my gear is in the midlands at the moment send us a pm or give me a ring if you get stuck

Plastex works a treat if you can't find a welder.

x2 Used it to replace lugs, repair cracks, holes, fantastic stuff. Mind your fingers on the mouldy material when you heat it, it can get hot!
