Plastic Welding

Not sure if this is the best place to post this ( as opposed to bike specific), but has anyone got details of a good plastic welder ( preferably in the south east )

Bought the Mrs an ex BMW off road schools F650 GS Twin ages ago and the near side front panel is a bit battered and cracked. They appear to be like hens teeth on the 2nd hand market and and bloody expensive new, so want to see how expensive welding would be

Any suggestions accepted
