I took mine all the way to India and finally used it anger last week in my garage. It works.
I do keep the "instructions" in the bag with it though

A ratchet tie down around the circumferance of the tyre works fine

Does too work! I even used a length of polyprop rope as a tournequet to reseat a tubeless car tyre when all I had was a foot pump! Wasnt pretty or quick but was all I had.
