Fridaythorpe café……..But!!!! via Ponti onto Howden via West Cowick, then from Howden to York via some ace A and B roads end up near Elvington, then usual run up to Fridaythorpe café, Guess about 70 miles’ish???……..no Motorways, no dirt tracks, just good old “Yorkshire Roads” ….. bags I am “Rossi”!

So how about the virgin “Team Yorkshire Run”?? thoughts……….

Day: Sunday or Saturday < dam! Is Fridaythorpe café open sats???
When: End Jan, Early Feb, March?
