They are set too low at the factory. Just adjust them up a bit. I found the same on my first LC, and was surprised as the LED was meant to be a big step forward, then once adjusted properly, they are the best headlights I've ever had.
................... I notice the new RT now only has one light on dip, possibly due to some EU regulation (or am I beginning to sound like a U-kipper)!
.... standard of car lights that we are all surrounded by and which cause us problems when they are close behind on a dark wet night, meaning you are trying to ride in your own shadow.
Maybe a bit of "maintaining the (crap) corporate style as well"
If I may ask, is there an easy and recommended way to adjust the lights from all the experience on this forum?
Page 55 of the R1200GS manual explains all, obviously adjusting it at night will help .
