popcorn.net!!!!!!

I keep getting a window open up from popcorn.net that stops me doing anything, I have to reboot to get rid of it, or click on their link which demands money. Tried adaware, spybot and AVG (it seems to have happened since AVG detected a trojan, but put into virus vault), but it still keeps coming back.

Any ideas chaps??????

Download and run HiJackThis from HERE and paste the logfile into THIS and follow instructions.

I have gone back to a previous system restore, which seems to have done trick, but I'll use hjt if it continues,

You should be removing it with system restore turned off, as they are still in the restore files and regenerate as soon as you re-boot the pc.

Thanks all, so far so good after system restore, however a bit more homework has revealed that it's a cheeky little program that takes you to a sight demanding money 'as you have agreed to abide by our terms and conditions by downloading this software' etc etc, more here:
