OK, having broke my NW200 duck this year, I'm keen to 'fine tune' a revisit in 2011.

I want to stay in Portrush....I have done a search, and emailed a couple of B&B/Hotels.....but not not one has replied......:nenau.....Probably all booked up year on year.....:blast

Could anyone here, please give me a few pointers. I would like to stay, for the full NW200/20011 week....Me and a 'bike.....Happy to pay a deposit now....but must be in Portrush, within walking distance of the circuit.....:thumb

Prefer hotels.....but beggars can't be chosers...:P

Please help.....I NEED to know that I am 'sussed' for the NW2011

Thank you......:)

Although the dates generally are in and around the same time, they are not officially confirmed until Oct. Maybe that is why you have had no replies.

Yes, I did think about that, but I also thought that they may have taken a provisional booking....:nenau

Will keep an eye out for the dates, then see what crops up.....:)

Coming on my own, with the 'bike....others will follow, but they will have to sort themselves out (one year in advance, is not enough time for my mates...:augie )

Would prefer a hotel/B & B, with (if possible) an en-suite room....

Many thanks for your help.....:thumb2 :)

Hi TUNED IN,

There's a group of 5 of us planning to travel over on the Thursday of NW200 week and returning home on the Sunday (3 nights). Could you recommend anywhere for B&B/GH within a short ride away from Portrush? North coast would be nice!

We've been over a few times now and have always camped at the Ballyness Caravan Park which I can highly recommend but after the downpours last year we've decided to seek some hard cover next time.

Your assistance would be appreciated. :)

Do yourself a favour, forget about the North West and go to the Ulster Grand Prix. Exciting racing, fantastic circuit and Belfast at night

We're doing both! It works out cheaper for us doing 2 trips to Northern Ireland than going to the TT & succumbing to the robbing Isle of Man ferry operators.

Yep i would agree, but if you want to get right into the middle of real road racing you need to go to the skerries.

Thanks esoxlucius.

E-mailed them all with one knock back already!

I'll let you know how I get on.....
