Might be a good plan to do a group booking at the pub then.
If the campsite,b+b’s and bunkhouse is booked up,we may go hungry

were a sad bunch .... lovely 500mile ride to a campsite, on a beach with loads of other likeminded bikers having beers and another 500 mile twisty ride home


and we all get excited over a bit of food lol

Anybody know what the fishing from the beach/around Portsoy is like? Camping on the beach and having a telescopic rod that will go on the bike, this weekend is looking better and better; can't tell you how much I'm looking forward to it.

I imagine it will be good, plenty rocky coves and points plus the beach. The coastal towns are all fishing towns so plenty out there

Just as long as you said you were with the UKGSER group, the folk camping are in a set off area. If not let me know and I'll add you to the camping list. Whichever way it'll work fine

Just a thought,

whats the arrangements for camping payment,

do we have to check in first on arrival, or pitch up and then find Margaret's Scottish equivalent?
