Positioning of tax disc holder

I'm only on page 4, Does that mean my monitor is better than yours or is it simply that I've reconfigured the site display to 40 posts per page?

My tax disc holder lives on the frame below the riders seat. The problem is that water gets into it and the paper has all gone soggy and wrinkled. Does this make it illegal? I think that it can still be read, well the date can but I haven't looked closely to see if the registration number is still valid. Is that something that I should do?
