Possible to repair bent wheel

just wondering if its possible to repair my front (spoked wheel)on my r1200 gs adventure

quite badly bent

If it's really bent you may need a new rim. Then of course it 'just' a matter of finding a good wheel man with a supply of BMW spokes and it can be rebuilt good as new. However, it would be worth finding out the cost of a secondhand wheel before you down that route
