Possibly a dumb question

I'm swapping the spoked wheels on my 2013 GSA for GS alloys. I've read it's a fairly straight swap. I have new bolts for the rear wheel and nice new stainless bolts for the disks. My question relates to the TPS units. Are they the same or will I need new ones and a trip to the dealers to re-calibrate or can I use the original ones on the spoked wheels ?
 
Stainless bolt can seize into the alloy and shear off next time you try to remove them. They are also no stronger than mild steel.
