Hello folks,
We, that is, Touratech, are coming up to the Scottish bike show for the first time. A thought we are having is that we have a post event ride out with anyone that wishes to join in. Nick Plumb (of Paris Dakar notoriety) will be around to ride about for the Monday, but we'd welcome some advice as to what would be a suitably interesting route.
Any thoughts folks?
Anyone fancy joining in?
Each year I go and say I don't think I'll bother coming back but with a forthcoming motorbike holiday to Europe I may well visit. My Daughter Skye does need some new motorcycle gear so might be good to compare a wide range of stuff at the same time.

After the bike show, my Boss, who happens to have not ridden in Scotland before, has the Monday where he'd like to go for a ride around. Anyone fancy a ride on that day. It would be great if you knew some good roads and places of interest that could be taken in on the ride. That's it, pure and simple. One bloke fancies riding his bike, in Scotland. Who fancies joining in?
You may be better to contact Thunder or the boys which actually took part in the event it was only my idea I did not partake.
HRH,
I am heading West to give you a slapping, you put in an immense amount of hard work and time into Calum's road you ARE part of the team.

The thought of warm Jaegermeister in Banjul still brings me out in a sweat

Blimey, it's hot in here isn't it?
Can't seem to do this by PM, soooo...
Can't help Nick with a ride out from Edinburgh, but if he fancies schlepping up to Inverness (a great run in itself if he comes up via Glencoe) I'd be delighted to show him some of the blinding roads up this way. I could even offer him a bed in my guesthouse in exchange for a suitable number of Touratech gift vouchers
Cheers

That's almost certainly a definite probably.
email me [email protected] with a contact number, needs to be before 9am tomorrow, because that's when we are setting off and I'll get Nick to give you a call.
I've ridden Glencoe a few times, you're right a great road.
