A good vid from the brilliant Ian at Big Rock Moto

You obviously pays yer money etc

BUT I’m a recommend Lomo bags.

Had them on my Himalayan and think the four bags cost me £90 total.
Used them on trip to Picos and they were fully waterproof and seemed pretty robust .
So cheap that I left them on the bike when I part exd it this week.

I got a rhino walk one from Ali. Good quality, waterproof and a great price.

Lomo are great.

Used them for a two week European trip on my Guzzi back in 21, then my som used them for a two week Ireland trip last year, perfect.

I’m sure they’ll do several more.

In my experience Lomo luggage punches well above its price point.

I (like most on here) have my own slant on luggage. I typically buy at both ends of the spectrum. I do swear by Mosko stuff cause it’ll last you a lifetime and not specific to exact bikes (so should suit OP that changes bikes a lot). Simply the best.
At the other end, I like minimal luggage cause less is more when travelling. I’ve toured much of Europe in summer with one Ortlieb bag stuffed with various sized Eagle Creek packing cubes. SW Motech tank bag is best, but I’ve ended up with Givi quick release cause got on sale or something.
I try and avoid bespoke luggage cause pain to sell etc if changing bike. BMW piss me off too by changing exhaust side with updated models - which is another story for another day?! lol
Don’t ask me why, but I absolutely loathe top boxes and will never own one.
Long contribution I know, but I have a luggage fetish and love Tumi stuff for personal travel as well. 😬
PS. Mosko’s new Alpine 30 litre maybe worth a look 🤔

The Lomo stuff is as good as any other soft bike luggage that's you can get. It's just that they're not taking the piss with the price.
I’m not sure I’d go that far .
The Lomo stuff is very good but it’s certainly not as sturdy as the likes of Mosko Moto or Kriega.

Choices...all I can add is that my Kriega US10 is now 16 years old
Still waterproof, nothing has broken
It goes on the rear seat every ride, carrying my waterproof and bits n bobs
probably covered well over 100k miles and chucked around
Still waterproof, nothing has broken and all zips work perfectly
Bought it direct at their original unit at Great Barrow near Chester as I lived close by.
No snazzy unit, just Kriega products piled high ready for sending to shops and for them to attend shows etc
They weren't as high priced then.
They were building up their presence at the time and were offering a 10 year guarantee back then
Visited them at their next unit at Tattenhall as the business grew larger, bit more posher premises and more range
Also to their latest unit at Desside Industrial Estate where they have gone proper upmarket and a much larger concern but still nice guys
No interest in the company but I feel value for money / product durability, they take some beating
