Power Commander and dyno set up is it worth it at £600

my 08 GSA has remus headers(no cat) and i read that these headers and a K N filter would make it maybe more like the '10 model year for smothness and power delivery. well now I am considering the PC filter and a dyno set up t0 improve things.

Any advice please?

also I am expecting from the stealers a cost to change quote to a March 2010 GSA but I am not sure the engine/power delivery is better by enough. although i will test ride Thursday i would appreciate opinions and would a PC and dyno set up still enhance the '10 bike.

wouldn't bother - big outlay for a lot of hassle and marginal gain - put the money towards a 2010 - with won't need any tweaking

08 quicker

Test ride the new model, I found my 08 with De-cat and Apro end can quicker but a bit less smooth. The mods you intend will be far better unless you can claim the Vat back on a new one.

Why not fit one of the cheap 'n' cheerful Accelerator Modules as a sort of 'taster' and see what you think?

The PC will give you a wee bit more of the same but whether or not it's worth the outlay is a mute point..........

As for the filter, been there, done that, waste of money, now back with a WMB paper one.

I would leave well enough alone. You will probly spend 150 per hp gain that you will seldom use. JJH

Get the PC autotune . You only need one (for two cylinders ) and it sets it up all day every day for you.
