Just want to thank Cannon BMW for such a good response, they took my (their) bike in and repaired it. I did phone around all the other dealers and they gave me a similar two week time. However, Cannons did text me and have my bike ready in two days. So thanks again Cannons

I recently had excellent service from Cannons - including patiently calling my warranty company to authorise the replacement of the gear position indicator switch.
