After such exceptional service today, it's only fair to make a post to praise Pidcock BMW in Long Eaton.
I've recently bought a second hand 650gs (single), which had a troublesome datatool alarm fitted. After being woken by a screech resembling a strangled cat
the morning after a party, it transpired that the screeching strangled cat was in fact my bike alarm. 
It was soon booked into Pidcocks for a replacement....
Today was Dday, and after a prolonged operation Bimble came out with a new brand-spanky-super-duper alarm. All of which took much long than anticipated, due to making good the old wiring and starting from scratch on the new.
Pidcocks were brilliant, and instead of charging me for just over 4 hours work + new alarm, they charged 1 hour + new alarm and then proceeded to deduct the 15% winter discount too!! Amazing value!!!!!!
It came to considerably less than they could have charged, especially when you consider the time expended.
Thank you Piddies.... Yet again another great job done, and with a smile!
