pre checks on clocks

Hi hope some one can help.Have 1200gs and when the computer does the pre checks...light,oil etc i'm now also getting a battery symbol coming up,looks like a tripple A type battery.It was showing half charge but now shows nothing inside it.It came on a few months back after using the alarm but then went away after messing with the buttons on the fob.Tried this again but no luck.........any ideas ?

Possibly the batteries in the alarm about to need replaced. There are batteries in both the alarm unit itself and the fob.

http://www.pixum.co.uk/slide/5924917 Hi have a look here... if your getting a DWA and a half full battery icon, means the batteries in your alarm unit are on the way out... you'll need two CR123 camera batteries...

Changed the batteries in the actual alarm as you suggested everything back to what it was, thanks for the info
