As title really. Looking to enter this years Cambrian.

I've already got the Tourtech steering hard part ordered, but i seem to remember reading on this site that there is another part to protect gearbox/engine mounts?

Now i think this was mentioned in relation to the 1100, so you don't snap something on the gearbox?

Does the 1150 suffer from the same problem and thus need the same part?

The other hard-part that TT sell is 1100 specific. It protects that foot peg mounts on the gearbox. Not a problem on the 1150. For the 1150GS I’d recommend fitting a centre stand bash plate – protects the gearbox. The GSA will probably already have crash bars fitted – if it hasn’t, get some. Maybe think about taking off the tank and using a bashed in cheap standard tank but up to you? Apart from that I’d take off the screen and go for it:)
