Price of 12GSA rear luggage rack

Hi guys...

During my last trip at Stella Alpina the GIVI top case rack broke off! A bolt broken in the frame and another one folded

The problem is the 12gs standard rear plastic luggage plate that isn't so strong to mount on a heavy and full maxia 50 Liters and allow to much play at the plate...

I'm thinking to replace it with the new 12gsa rear luggage rack. This is a good metal rack that allow me to fix a roller bag or fix a givi plate to a sturdy frame...

Someone know the price at bmw for this item????

UK price is about £130 (Euro 200).

The GSA rack uses the 4 rectangular hook points on the sides of the pillion/luggage area, and cannot be used with the BMW Vario Paniers or anything else that mounts using them.

Metal Mule do a replacement rear rack in steel tube that is very similar to the original in shape, but might be stronger.

I swapped mine for the standard GS topbox carrier

I've already got the expandable cases so the rack was redundant

But if you fit the GSA luggage rack, you wont be able to fit the BMW Vario Panniers...just in case you had them

I use TT ZEGA panniers so nothing problem with the GSA rack...
