Price of petrol in Spain?

+1 for filling up when you need to not when its cheapest, in the long run you have a better time! :rob

Is it me or are we talking a few pence a tankful here?? Remember the Euro is very strong against the pound at the moment and I don't think theres much in it at all. As Vern says stretch your legs and don't look at the price:thumb

Why even think about the price per gallon, it's something i've never considered when going anywhere. Are you going to cancel your trip over it ?? :D

Well I can't be arsed about worrying if petrol is cheaper here, or there. Just ridden up through Spain and I honestly couldn't tell you what price it is, wether it's cheaper or not, I don't give a damm

Just ride your 'bike and enjoy .... :thumb

There's enough misery in life without looking for it :thumb

:beerjug:

Same in our area - both petrol and diesel have dropped by around 30 cents per litre last week.

Or you could just go for the most expensive as they'll be no queues there so you won't have to wait and therefore have more riding time.

Can I just be the first to say, that I don't give a flying feck how much petrol costs when I'm off on one.

Agreed :thumb2

If the difference is that meaningful to you, maybe you should ride a Honda 90 instead of a gas guzzling artic.

Agreed, our Hymer does 22 mpg

Do you wander up and down the street asking how much the beer is in all the bars, and then go for the cheapest,

Of Course, doesn't everybody? :nenau

or do the same in restaurants, look for the cheapest campsites(after all,you wouldn't stay in a hotel while you can camp, would you)...................

Campsite !!!:eek:ARGHHH we only wildcamp or use the excellent Aires, totally free :D

Rant over, you can all carry on now:augie

Thank you kind sir :thumb2 now hurry up with the Vern panniers for MONOS :augie

Exactly, as Gs-Motorrad says price these days has dropped down to 0,89 € per litre. Can´t remember what the conversion litre for gallon is.
"Lleno por favor" are the correct words to use for a complete fill up, but most of the petrol stations here are self service and prepay during the nignt. Hope you enjoy the trip.

Price today 6th january 2009

¡¡¡0,78 Euro per litre!!!!

Bye for now

Gus:):):)

Current prices in France
