Primavera - alternative?

Hi,
We are considering implementation of Primavera P6 as a pm system.
Anyone know of alternatives (not MS Project) with same or better functionality?

MSP is very good but not as comprehensive as P6.
However, I said "not MSP" since we know about it, not ruling it out of consideration.
Primavera seems to have a highly developed reporting system (dashboard) which is important to us, and which I don't see in MSP.

MS Project - There's nothing wrong with it. Features are great. What makes it suck is the price. Too expensive. Not advisable for smaller projects to handle. I'd recommend basecamp or OpenProj. They are both cheap. It would really help you decide to which project management software is good for you.
