Problem accessing fsnet e-mail address.

My wife can't get into her fsnet e-mail address, which we access through the Orange web page.

When she enters the e-mail address and password, she gets a message saying

Invalid username or password. Please try again.

She reckons that it used to say "Temporarily unavailable. Please try later."

The only change we can think of is that we have now moved to Sky Broadband (from AOL) but she is convinced that she has accessed her e-mails since we moved to Sky. She has not changed her password.

My hotmail e-mails are working fine. Any ideas, because this is a total mystery?

Same problem here.

Could not get in from the web but pulled down fine through Outlook.

Seems to be a glitch with the orange site.

TFFT. I thought we'd done something wrong.

I've got MS Outlook on the office computers, I'll see if I can access her e-mails through that.

I thought you had to pay to access hotmail e-mails through MS Outlook?
