My wife can't get into her fsnet e-mail address, which we access through the Orange web page.
When she enters the e-mail address and password, she gets a message saying
The only change we can think of is that we have now moved to Sky Broadband (from AOL) but she is convinced that she has accessed her e-mails since we moved to Sky. She has not changed her password.
My hotmail e-mails are working fine. Any ideas, because this is a total mystery?
