Problem with 1150GS Adventurer

I have just done a service on a 1150gs Adv, It has always run okay but has been vibey around 70 mph, So i decided to do the end floats, which are now set at 005 and done the tappets Inlet which I presume at the carb end 15 and exhaust next to exhaust manifold 30, When I checked the clearances before they were 15 and closing at the exhaust side and larger gaps at the inlet manifold. The bike starts fine but when checking the vacum right hand side seems to be pulling much more than the left and the bike is seems to running a little rougher

Any ideas

Say's in my book here that you need to balance throttle bodies after doing the valve clearances.
