Ref Clamp on 1150GS Adventurer

I am trying to remove the rear exhaust from a 1150gs Adventurer, Does the Alloy protector that fits over the alloy pipe before the silencer is this attached to the collar which the bolt goes through which hold the silencer on The bolt is welded with rust and should I have to replace the collar will the alloy protector need replacing to

From what I can remember from taking mine off Anthony it is one piece.

Get yourself a new clamp ready for when you manage to cut the old one off.
