As a lot of you know I have been a supporter of PL BMW since they obviously where trying to get things on track.
However, things are clearly not well at the dealership, phones calls not answered, emails not replied to. Even to the point that I am still waiting (1 month on) for the confirmation of the extra warranty taken on the Adventure.
At this time I get the impression that they are dealing too much with internal problems to deal with the customer.
Maybe there is truth in the Park Lane is to wealthy rumor.
Come on Park Lane sort your act out, it is getting to the point of stupidity that you continue in this stop start fashion.
