Problems loading Basecamp to PC

I have tried two different PC's and both failed to install the basecamp, cant seem to find anything with google and the garmin faq's cant find anything.
can anyone help please?

If you haven't already try below...........in my experience if the answer to ANY Garmin question isn't there already, it soon will be after you have asked it.

For my 2p worth - I hate installing/getting Garmin working but love it when its all done!
Have done the forum/Google search plenty of time on various units if I still have no joy then I have found their telephone helpline very friendly and
has resolved every problem for me so far.
Might save some time and hassle searching if you go there first
