What about the progressive springs from Motobins or Motorworks, labelled as their own?
Any good for my '89 R100GS....... them plus the 15 weight oil mod is planned but thought I would ask here first.....;)
Both firms are doing a pair for approx £50, then the likes of Hyperpro or Hagon have some listed at approx £90/pair.

If you can find Robs thread where he tested the so called progressive springs you will find that they had little to no progressive action whatsoever - ever wonder why Ohlins, Maxton, Traxion Dynamics and anyone else who knows anything about suspension dont use them ?

The Ohlins website FAQS used to have the reason they did not use them as - the technology currently does not exist to make a spring that is progressive to any meaningful degree, but that Q&A vanished, presumably as Ohlins started selling progressively wound fork springs!

The springs in the HPN inserts for GS forks are just about perfect, are straight wound, and give about 20mm less sag than OEM. The inserts also have more rebound damping than stock, so feel free to try 15 wt in the right , rebound fork.

The springs for the HPN inserts are available from one of the German spring makers - a google search should find them, or the link may be in the ADV airhead forum, in the current HPN insert topic.

Over the pond they recommend this one:
Patriot Suspension’s Multirate Fork Springs
I assume is like progressive ones?

I'm reading that several folk on here don't like Hagon products....:nenau
I can't see me throwing a grand at this airhead for suspension, so I'm looking for good serviceable fork springs?:nenau

What's wrong with what you've got at the moment.
