If the cases are badly corroded I have them aquablasted, this creates a load more work .
In this case it really wasn't necessary,

Now I am confused.
I thought that this was the bike I was fitting the Hayabusa forks to ? can`t be as I still have that frame here !!.
Is this one going to need the same tank mounts battery box etc as the other 2 frames I have here?.

Hi Chris,this is another one!,
Totally different from the two you have at your gaff:D
Variety is the spice of life:P

Has anyone got an extended swing arm and driveshaft sitting around they want to sell?
Before I commission one:thumb

Not forgotten about this one, been a lot going on behind the scenes, so to speak:thumb
Our semi tame master fabricator " mistacat" has come up trumps again and waved his magic welding torch over the frame, bracing the head stock, making the rear frame and making the Enfield 500 tank fit, plus a load more besides:cool:
Chris , you are a star:thumby:

Well that's the dry build done!
Loaded the wee beastie into the van and taken to have the exhaust made!
Once the exhaust is made I can strip it all down and prepp for powder
Then the fun can begin:D
