I know here is not biggest UK audience for a bike trailer, but if any of you lads or lasses are looking for a seriously good trailer that’s not a load of old rammel. This is well worth a look.

I redesigned/improved it to make it a breeze for loading my pre-65 trials bike by adding a custom cut alloy checker plate deck, a new loading chock system, two rear upright supports, and extra tie down eyelets.

These mods made loading my bike extremely easy and safe, without it needing to be hooked up to a car tow ball.

Hey Kev - what's the length up to the red wheel chock? Did you put that centre chock in yourself? Looking for something to tow the harley low rider st - easier if central on a 350kg bike!

Hi, Yes, I fitted the red front wheel chock, and the alloy checker deck.
The wheel centre to rear is about 6 foot.
I seem to remember that I spaced it long enough for my GS 1250.
However if you need it customising to suit your Harley I can reposition the front chock further forward. There’s plenty of room left.

To give you an idea, I’ve just put my Cruiser on the trailer.
This is quite a long (and heavy) bike at 170cm wheel centres, and where I have the front chock mounted at present it would be a couple of inches on the short side for this bike.
However, there is plenty of room at the front to remount the wheel chock, which I’d be more than happy to do for you.
In fact I think that could be a job for this afternoon.
I’ll drill some additional mounting holes further forward to make it a comfortable fit for any bike.
It’s a 750kg two bike trailer so the load isn’t an issue for a single Harley at 350kg.
I loaded this myself with ease to take the photos this morning.

PS. I need to sell the Cruiser too

I’ve moved the front wheel chock forwards 5.5 inches this afternoon.
It now measures approx 78inches from front wheel centre to back of trailer deck, which should be more than enough for any road bike.

Yes the R1200 C can definitely come with the trailer, but the price will need adjusting slightly.

You might have seen my Cruiser when you came up for the Serow?

It’s still immaculate and has covered 1,976 miles from brand new. I’d sell the bike for £5.500 and the trailer with the bike at £550.
I doubt there’s a better one in the UK and it comes with absolutely everything.

As mentioned earlier, I’ve customised the trailer to take a longer bike, here it is today with my 1250GS with plenty of room to spare.

Have a think, then buy the pair.

It just so happens that it will take a REALLY long heavy bike.
My neighbour has just asked if he can borrow the trailer for a delivery to Scarborough in the morning.
This monster of his even fits!

My neighbour has borrowed it this morning to take his Victory to Scarborough.

When I get it back I’ll run the tape over it and get back to you with max width and length.
