Quest Cradle Mounted

Dave

That's great - ordered one myself - Cheers :beerjug:

BTW if anyone is wondering how you get a GPS cradle from a website offering financial management or prosthetic limbs, you might want to try PROvantage

:D :D :D

How do the Garmin mounts compare to the Touratech or the RAM ones? I see that the Garmin ones (should you be lucky enought to get your hands on one) allow you to plug in - do the Touratach ones as well? Or do you just have to charge it up every now and then and run on battery?

Got a Quest, but didn't think how to attach it to a bike - done everything wrong way round as usual.

Looks like RAM solution is great - if I can wait that long!

Topper, I think the RAM mount is cheaper than the Touratech and the Garmin one. But dont forget the Garmin one has the power/audio lead all ready to go.

Get yourself on the phone to RAM MAN (Steve) at GPS Warehouse on 020 889 39393 or contact him via the site here.

I went to see him on Tuesday of this week with a specific problem and he sorted it for me, even in the pissing rain!! Top fella!!

The RAM mounting brcaket is what I've got and it's a good bit of kit, nice and sturdy, very stable when on the move and when the power/audio lead becomes available from GPSW it'll be a top package.

Cheers
Steve

Beemer .. appreciative words - Thank you.

To 'those' Forum members who know why my attention has been diverted of late, then I can now say that I shall have a 'pot to p**s in' by end of next week, all finished - they promise.
