I'm using a QPAC to route the audio into my Ultimate Ear bud (the other is plain foam). It all works well except that I seem only able to select volume positions 0, 3 or 7. Is it possible to set an intermediate level ie 4 or 5, which would be more appropriate at speed with my open face helmet?

Both my new unit and my old Quest went up and down in steps of one when I used the volume control........
