Question about StreetPilot 111

I've recently bought a street pilot 111 and being a bit of an idiot when it comes to all things technical, could someone please explain how i can download holland and germany from mapsource to SP 111 so that i've got it as a back up.

Do you have a manual? If so spend a few hours reading it.
Have you registered your unit with Garmin so it recognises it?

Basically you need to open Mapsource, click the 'map tool' icon.
Select all the areas of Holland & Germany you want & with the data card connected to the transfer lead download all the info onto your card.

Or basically, you should not have bought an SPIII well past its sell by date. an SP2610 , quest etc would have been a lot better with more up to date mapping and better memory,

But seeing as you are a self confessed Idiot... I will get me coat
