Question about Strensham services...

Need to get to Strensham services tomorrow, the Southbound side but I'm coming from the South. Do I really have to go up to Junction 7 or is there another, shorter way?

There is, but by the time I have explained it and you have got lost it would have been easier and quicker to go up to J7 and come back down

Unless there's a service road you can use then i think it is yes, The M50/M5 roundabout is also the exit for the services Southbound but not the entry. You could always reverse and hope for the best

You may be able to access it from Church Road it would seem.

Is it: Get off at the M50 junction, go to get straight back on, but take the slip road off the slip road...

Church Road is the one, but by the time you have accessed it (and provided the barrier is up) you are better going up and down again.

It was the barrier I was thinking of... as you say, would lose a whole lot of time trying to get back on the motorway only to do what I should've done in the first place

There must be a way of doing it, one of our Payphone mntce guys from the Forest covered Strensham and there's no way he would have gone all the way to J7, unfortunately he committed suicide so i cant ask him! Nothing to do with the payphones though!

Technically no... but I'm gonna have to turn around to get home anyway...

Have a brake down 4 miles North of Strensham. Wheel bike off motorway. Fix bike. Rejoin on Southbound carriageway.
