seems just another quirk of the 1100... some need 'choke' some dont. Mine doesn't seem to.. though maybe thats cause as i said earlier.. i use the throttle instead.
surely thats the same thing... a bit of throttle or the 'choke' lever.. two means of doing the same thing??
