Question - System Pannier Rails 1150GS

I have just removed the System Panniers from my 1150GS. A question about the rails; at the back of each is a black plastic spacer that fits between the rail and the frame.

As I am planning to sell the rails and panniers (hint, hint ) do the plastic spacers go with the rails to the new owner or do they stay with the bike?

Thanks.........only when I had a 1100S there were similar spacers and from memory they stayed with the bike!
