Quick question - BMW alarm

Please can someone tell me how to get the alarm in service mode.

My alarm arms automatically and its a pain in the derriere! My dealer are going to reset it for me, but until I can get it back to them, please can someone answer my question so the bloody thing doesnt go off when i move it!
