Quick question - Givi pannier frames

I've just sold some Givi panniers and frames which were on my new 1100 when I bought it.

However I'm not sure if part of the frame is BMW or Givi - i.e. should I be giving it to the new owner as a part of the pannier frames (outlined in red below):

Anyone know if this belongs to the bike or the pannier frames?

It was actually residue from treating fence panels inside the garage after last year's gales. I didn't notice at the time and sort of forgot about it - however I now feel shamed into scrubbing the doors at my first opportunity (after I've wrestled with exhaust studs tomorrow)

No - the missing vac cover just induced cold sweats and panic attacks - luckily I didn't have a coffee in my hand at the time
