I've just sold some Givi panniers and frames which were on my new 1100 when I bought it.

However I'm not sure if part of the frame is BMW or Givi - i.e. should I be giving it to the new owner as a part of the pannier frames (outlined in red below):

Anyone know if this belongs to the bike or the pannier frames?

many thanks
Matt

Great stuff - thanks for the reply :thumb

I thought this was the case, but didn't want to give away a piece of my new bike :D

Not surprised you got rid.. looks nasty.

almost as nasty as that garage door which is in dire need of a wash. :rob

Mebbe, but his seat makes up for it !!

I've never had a garage.. would be the hight of luxury.. just a simple cover on't patio.

looks to me like you choked on a cuppa coffee there matt.. and sprayed.

was that when you noticed your TB was missing its vac cover? :blast

It was actually residue from treating fence panels inside the garage after last year's gales. I didn't notice at the time and sort of forgot about it - however I now feel shamed into scrubbing the doors at my first opportunity (after I've wrestled with exhaust studs tomorrow) ;)

No - the missing vac cover just induced cold sweats and panic attacks - luckily I didn't have a coffee in my hand at the time :D
