Quick Sargent seat question

Win a front seat on eBay today. The guy unfortunately can't find the two rubber bits that bolt underneath.

He said they're to make the seat higher. Are they important?

I have the sargent on my gsa lc, the 2 rubber bits are to support the seat in the high position not to make it higher. From memory you should not use the seat without the supports in the high position.

They are just rubber bumpers like door stops, I'm sure you could get some replacements off ebay to suit
