Quick shifter

Hi anybody had problems with the quick shifter as mine does not seem to be functioning ?

Did it stop working following a service or software update?

Mine was fitted to the old bike FOC by BMW as a sweeetener following other issues, utterly useless original never worked correctly despite being replaced and at least 6 ecu updates , reason it is not on the new bike
