Quicklock tankbags

Hi
I´m thinking about getting a tankbag and i´m interested in the quicklock engage or GS. Does anybody knows if the bag will touch the painting when loaded with things ?.Is the bag waterproof enough or do i have to use the raincover. Does the fitting of the "horseshoe" require anything else then just remove the screws and replacing them with longer? Do i have to remove the tank or anything else? The swedish distributor has gone out of business. Where can i get it at a good price with in the EU?

Mine never touched the paintwork and fitting was a doddle, as you guessed, just remove the tankring retaining bolts and replace with the supplied longer ones. I never had it let water in, always carried the raincover for when I got caught in really heavy rain or long distance wet riding.
