Quiet Exhast Options

Another point on noise. Last night on motorway I had not properly fitted an ear plug after a stop.
Wind noise annoying
Exhaust audible.
Front tyre DEAFENING.
I had to pull onto hard shoulder to sort out the ear plug.
I'm using quite aggressive treads but front tyre noise will always factor.

I always use ear plugs on fast runs because wind noise drowns out the exhaust noise. The biggest hassle is being 90% deaf at low speeds where I want to hear what's going on about me.

Is there an effective noise cancelling system with ear buds or even better speakers in the helmet? With modern computer signal processing technology it can’t be beyond the wit of sound specialists to engineer something that works.

Pardon Pardon !!!. I was like him a while back see where it got me even I am deaf reading the tread. Well said as I was going to say the same thing but you put it better than I would have.
