I can't see how the pannier frames attach as the subframe is cast aluminium.....but that's the challenge I guess

same as before probably, using the bolts holding the standard pannier hangers and the rear foot peg hangers

On the live stream thing did it not show different ways of configuring the back end, it had a cover plate on one example.

SW Motech has reference to building Ali luggage on their website and Lone Ranger already show some bags

Not sure. If you look at the pannier fixing it's a circular device planted on the cast aluminium subframe. No bolts to be seen.

have a look at the back of the triple black, I guess the round thing is the central locking mechanism
