May be surprising or even disappointing, but I do not want to discuss the brand or specs of the oil to be used.
)
My question comes here:
I just changed the FD-oil following basically the great manual provided by Jim von Baden. However, I am wondering if I made a mistake anyway.
I filled the new oil via the hole for the ABS sensor (slow and carefully) and stopped when oil started to come out there. I did not check the amount that went in and the oil box I used was not full when I started. Therefore I can not calculate back now to find out.
I am wondering if I should have metered the right amount of oil upfront and not fill in up to the speed sensor hole.
Any thoughts or recommendations are appreciated.
