I have a Wunderlich tank bag that keeps lifting up, basically the end by the front of the seat is Velcro but as soon as I go any speed or lean the bike it lifts off , its obviously still attached at the front by the strap. There seems to be 2 plastic clips on the back end of the bag, are these for tying the bag down if needed?? has anyone else had this problem.
