Hi Guys
I have been lurking here for some time - I sold my R1100S a few months ago due to not getting on with the riding posistion, I had intended to buy a 1150GS - due to the usual 'unforseen' expenses ( vets bills!) I can't realy afford a 1150 - so have decided that a 1100 GS could be the answer.
I have seen a '98 1100GS on ebay with 60K on the clock , looks clean ( self servcied , long journeys etc).
Any one out there with a high milage GS who can give any advice? ( I am not to worried about trying to resell) - my cars got 90K plus and thats ok - do you recon an oil head boxer will be ok with this milage? - price is in the £2-3000 range.
