A Corbin or Sergeant seat will come up for sale here every so often but you do need to be quick as they generally don't hang about. If memory serves I think I have seen them sell here for somewhere in the region of £150 which is very good value for the difference they make to the bike. I have a Corbin on my 1150 and wouldn't part with it which explains in part why they are so hard to get.
Get an Air Hawk
I had my standard seats reworked by Tony Archer with gel inserts, and whilst there was an improvement with that and sheepskin covers, the only thing that dramatically improved them were Air Hawks.

Corbins and Mustangs have always been my first choice given the option but, as has been said, they're not easy to come by on the Used Market.
Airhawks don't really do it for me from an aesthetic viewpoint but I may have to bite the bullet at some point because I can't live with the current set-up.
I tried standard and a Sergeant, neither did it for me, so eventually I settled on this. Which I have found to be very good. Though I will also use an air hawk if I am doing a lot of long stretches.
