R1150 GSadv vs Rockster headlamp question

Hi there,

I wonder if anyone can tell me if the rockster and the GSadv headlamps are interchangeable?
I am in France and need to change the bike from UK to French spec in order to change the plates.
BMW kindly offered me the new lamp at a very generous 380 euro! But i have found a new Rockstar one for 199!
The seller tells me they are interchangeable but the fiches gives different part numbers ??
Can anyone offer a word of advice or shine a little light on the subject?

Can you not just rotate the existing headlamp? The GS headlamp is adjustable for Euro/UK driving by just rotating it...

Thanks for the replies.
Sadly the dealer has to write me a letter for the registration stating that the bike is French spec so rotating the lamp won't satisfy!
I have just found a few on eBay germany.
At the risk of sounding stupid, it is the larger of the two that needs to be replaced no?
